Welcome to Nubby Farms! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General

Nubby Farms (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides farm-fresh poultry and other goods for sale and delivery. These Terms govern your use of our services, including ordering, payment, and delivery. By ordering from Nubby Farms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

  • We offer poultry and other farm items subject to availability.

  • Product descriptions and weights are provided to the best of our ability, but exact sizes, weights, and appearance may vary.

  • We reserve the right to update or change our product offerings at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our approved methods (direct message, email, phone, or online form if provided).

  • Payment is due at the time of order or delivery, as specified.

  • We currently accept Venmo as our primary payment method. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Deliveries

  • We provide local deliveries within our service area. Delivery availability and times are subject to scheduling and capacity.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the order in a designated safe spot, and responsibility for the products transfers to the customer at that time.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales of poultry and perishable goods are final. We cannot accept returns due to food safety reasons.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work to resolve the issue.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By ordering from Nubby Farms, you agree:

  • To handle and store poultry and perishable items safely according to USDA guidelines.

  • To consume or freeze perishable goods promptly after delivery.

  • To provide accurate information for orders, deliveries, and payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Nubby Farms is not liable for any illness, injury, or damages resulting from mishandling, improper storage, or cooking of products after delivery.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted or made available upon request.
